Found: green handbags that aren't $250!

So, I've been lusting after the bag I posted about last week and now it's not even available on the Zappos website. I'm taking that as a sign that I should look elsewhere. I remembered a few places I hadn't looked yet and lo, I've found a few great bags that are in my budget:

• Ring Satchel from Nine West, on sale for $30
• Large Suede hobo, also from Nine West, on sale for $100
• Nine & Co. Big Shot tote from Kohls, on sale for $20
• Merona large satchel from Target, $25

I'm sure there are more out there but those caught my eye the most. Now I just have to decide which I like best. What do you think?

very "hello spring!" of course i am a little biased because i just got back from a trip to oldnavy and walmart buying some fabulous plussized spring outfits (almost all in green)

You should try fashion bug. I was looking for a medium sized green purse about a year ago, and I found a really cute one that I still play favs with.Right now they have buy one get one for a $1. If there is a store where you live, you should check it out as the stores often have diferent items than those on their website. Hope this helps.

I think that Nine West Ring Satchel is gorgeous. It's dressy enough for work or the like, but it's definitely casual enough for daytime too. The color is beautiful. Also, that is a great deal on a Nine West bag.

I'm definitely voting for the Ring Satchel. It's a great looking bag. I have a green bag I picked up at the Avenue a few years ago that I just LOVE. I got it on a super clearance for just 14.99 and it has gotten me more compliments than any other bag I own! I always pull it out this time of year and it just makes me feel so spring-like.

I'm going to be the voice of dissent and say I don't like the Ring Satchel. But I don't like bags with lots going on in general, I prefer something sleeker. With that in mind, I love the Big Shot Tote.

The Big Shot tote is my favorite because of its simple, elegant lines. It's a classic.

Careful with suede- it takes enough care that it isn't as easy to use as an everyday bag. Plus, the color can sometimes rub off onto your clothes, something I would worry about with a bag carried close to the body.

My favorite's the Ring Satchel.

Look in the handbags page on the Banana Republic website. There are three green bags-a satchel, a clutch and a print tote. Just thought I would add this info to the mix!

These aren't really the style of bag I tend to like, but I have to cast a vote for the Ring Satchel because it's such a great deal and looks to be much higher quality than the others.

Look what I bought today!

And guess what, they had other styles in various shades of green - including this one. They also had a kelly green patent tote by a brand called Luxx.

Large green hobo! Large green hobo! :) Speaking of QVC, look at the B. Makowsky bags. I bought one around Christmas and was really pleasantly surprised. Maybe nothing green right now but for the future. :)
