wow, thanks for this (i was actually thinking of going out and stocking up!)

Of course I stocked up. Hated to think these were going away. Great Jeans. Thanks for Posting. So many rumors out there!!

Oh my god, thank you so much for this. LB jeans ^ Lafayette pants are my staples, and I was getting really nervous.

Blue RF jeans and Blue Houston slacks.
Thank goodness they aren't going anywhere.

Strangely enough their traditionally sized pants have never suited me but the Right Fit in blue in their larger sizes 7+ have fit me well. I wonder if going back to traditional sizing will screw that up.

Hmm. I'm glad they're going back to the regular numbers. I never did understand why they went with the single-digit sizing for those when the rest of their clothes aren't sized that way. I thought perhaps it was just vanity sizing, but...if you're shopping at Lane Bryant, you are probably already aware that you're not a size 4. So what's the point of numbering them that way?

While they aren't discontinuing the Right Fit they are pulling their petite/tall sizes from many of their stores and offering them exclusively online. Sad for those of us who aren't more than 5'6".

Their size numbering was definitely a confusing issue for a lot of people. It's great their not discontinuing the Right Fit line! In my opinion it's one of their best lines.

I was told in October that they would no longer carry the yellow or blue in the stores. And LB has always lacked in their petite and tall selections anyway, but that they wouldn't have those either. The manager told me that I could try on the red to see what size i needed and then order that size in the yellow to be mailed to me. Which would be fine, if A)the point of right fit is that you don't really have a standard body size, B)the fit of the same size of LB pants was at all standard in the different styles and lengths, and C)the whole point of going to any store is to try the clothes on. The sales lady actually asked me if I needed the pants now, or if I was "just shopping." I thought the point of shopping in a store was to get it now. I really felt like I was being blown off just because the people in store didn't recognize me. Needless to say, I was very angry. The whole experience just cemented the vague notion I'd had that LB is just not for me; the sales ladies were always so prissy and I am just too short for their clothes to look anything but sloppy on me. Maybe the store had some bad info and things aren't going to be as bad as they were made out to be, but still I refuse to set foot in a LB store.

/end rant

Can they please make Right Fit Purple? Because Purple would fit me perfectly! My waist is too big for Blue but my hips are too big for Red. So I end up trying on red 6 or 7 to find that the hips finally fit but the waist is too damn big or I try the blue 3 to find the waist is too small. The upside is that the sales people find me hilarious.

Sara A;

Try Apple Bottoms. They are suppost to be good for Womanly Figure (how to type this at 3am and not screw up).

Just Spendy. Hopefully U can find a pair in Goodwill or such. Or Ebay.

Some news on Right Fit Jeans. Talking to Lane Bryant Manager the other day. The New RF Jeans will be on the floor in Aug. Hopefully I did not hear Aug. Seems they really want to sell stock out or such.

That is a Long Time.

Thank goodness they aren't going anywhere.

Oh good! The RF blue are the only jeans I'll wear!
