I think these are amongst the most fabulous wide calf boots I have ever seen:

Madeira boots from Duo. Hell, pretty much everything from Duo is super cute and stylish. I have a pair of motorcycle-style boots from them and they are SO well made.

I have 22" calves and I'm a UK size 5. I'm looking for some knee high flat boots but it's impossible :( Straps/biker style would be ideal but right now I just want any.
Any help?
