How’s this for a wide range of sizes? The Dove boot from David Tate
is available in sizes 4 – 13 in narrow through extra wide widths. With a 15 inch shaft height, 20 inch shaft circumference, and elastic gore inlays, these are sure to appeal to many of you who have trouble finding boots that just fit. They’re leather too, so if your calves are bigger than 20 inches, you can have them altered to accommodate your size.
The Dove boot from David Tate is $150 from Zappos and is available in black or brown leather.

I just bought these. Awesome! http://www.zappos.com/david-tate-cruise-black-leather

I'd be more excited if they weren't using the same outdated heel style that I already own... on boots I bought back in 1996. Seriously. David Tate and Ros Hommerson have been peddling the exact same pair every year for at least ten years. These are seriously dowdy.

One woman's "dowdy" is another's "classic." I can't wait to get these! I hope they fit.

Fancy. But how frustrating that boot-makers still insist on using leather, as if we're still living in the middle ages or something. Bring on the extra-wide-calf cruelty-free boots -- I can't find 'em anywhere!

The Leather comes from Cow's. They provide our Steak and Hamburger. It's actually better for the Planet to use this Leather than OIL.
If we did not eat Cows guess what? They would not exist except the Wild Ones. Buffalo.
Too many clothes are Faux or Fake.
Remember even the Fish we Eat (most of it) is Farm Raised.

Nice boots. However, my goal is finding a pair of comfortable, low heel boots.

Now if they'd only make them in flats...

I'm with Angela S! This is exactly what I hate about wide calf boots! Ugh!!!! Can anyone make stylish boots with wide calves?!

I'm so disappointed. I got these yesterday, based on the information on the website that said the measurements were taken on a size 6. I ordered size 8 1/2, assuming that the calf would be graded up slightly. Well, it's not. Thankfully Zappos has free shipping on returns, so back they go.
