I just have to share an order I made at lanebryant.com Thursday night. I picked up 5 pairs of panties, a pair of the Right Fit straight leg jeans, and a vest. I used the $25 off $75 coupon so the 5/$20 panties came out to $2.85 each, the jeans were $39 and the vest was $8.50.
I’ve been wanting to try working a vest into my wardrobe and for less than $9, I can experiment without dropping a lot of cash. And by “experiment” I mean throw it over a t-shirt and jeans and hope it looks effortlessly stylish and not like I’m about to do stand up at Zanies.
I’m tempted to try the vest on without a shirt under it, just to watch my boyfriend struggle to act like he’s not absolutely horrified. “What? This is how you’re supposed to wear it!” I’ll save that idea for a rainy day.
Went to Lane Bryant store and they had the new Jeans in Red and Blue (they won't be receiving Yellow). SA told me Red 4 was very close. Fit perfect. (normal Yellow 5)
Used my Coupon for $25 off $75 also.

It was strange. They had lots of Yellow in the store. I bet they are trying to sell them 1st?
Anyway I got the Zanies Joke I think. Still on East Coast Time.
Thanks for the Tip on the Coupon I forgot about it. Strange 4 Red is about the same as 5 Yellow. Seemed little looser actually.

Vests are great - I've been wearing them for years. As you say, they give a little extra style to the jeans-and-t-shirt look. I have a couple of long-sleeve t-shirts that I love because they fit snugly and show off my cleavage (heh), but they're tight enough to make me feel like the back view isn't as appealing. Vests are perfect for wearing with these shirts; shows off the rack and hides the rolls in back.

I wear a well-fitting vest sans shirt sometimes in summer (i.e. when I'm not teaching--I'd definitely call them NSFW if public appearances are involved.) Testimony: my spouse's response could not be further from horror. I'd definitely give it a try. ;-)

Went to say Hi to the Ladies at "Catherines'. They had a pair of the new upcoming "Right Fit" jeans they are remaking.
Going to be Boot Cut with Different (Low Toned) Design on Pockets.
Very Dark. Black will be one of the choices.
Everything has gone up in price. Ahaaaa
