There are quite a few pieces that caught my interest, especially the shirt dress pictured on the left. There’s a nice selection blouses, jeans, pants, etc. but the dress selection stands out the most.

Thanks for the heads up. I haven't heard of them. It's a great dress. I fell in love with the "traditional tunic" which has a similar waist wrap.

Pricey clothes. I couldn't find anywhere on the site mention of shipping to Canada or internationally. When I tested the check-out, they let me select Canada but their zipcode field didn't accept my postal code so I won't be buying anything from them... just as well, my credit card needs a rest! :)

I am sorry you had a problem with the site crashing! Our IT department looked into it and it is now fixed.

La Grande Dame has many cute clothes, and I love the models they use to show off the fashions! I especially like the Ruffle Sleeved Dress in Fuchsia, and that you can shop by body type. However, the clothes are ridiculously expensive. As if plus sized clothing wasn't pricey enough. They certainly are isolating & repelling a large amount of women with their "high end" merchandise, but maybe that is the owners' intent. Cute wares, but will not visit the site again.

Waaaaaaay overpriced. If I wanted "high-end" clothes, I wouldn't be ordering them over the Internet. I was excited, but then I saw how expensive the clothes were. Ugh.
