A reader mentioned that she liked that I put together a full outfit for the business casual post, so I'm taking that to mean that EVERYONE loved that and I should do more! Actually, the inspiration for that came from the Fat Fashion Thursday posts at My Aim is True. It's a fun thing to do and I enjoy it so whatever. I'm calling mine "Head to Toe" because I'm not very creative with titles for things.
Here's another business casual outfit. If your office is very casual, this could be an everyday outfit. Or it'd be suitable for casual Fridays if you work in a boring office (I kid). This time, I'm looking forward to spring so I went with something light and easy, but still pulled together and polished. Click the "continue" link to see the outfit!

I like combining basic pieces in neutral colors with accessories that seriously POP. This whole look, except for the bag, is from Old Navy. We've had issues with Old Navy in the past but damn it, they keep coming out with cute, affordable clothes. My head says no but my heart says yes. Sigh. At the very least, they pay for return shipping on women's plus items... so there's that. Here are the outfit details:
Jacket: Women's Plus Stretch Blazer
Top: Layering cami in blossom blue
Pants: Low rise, straight leg "The Diva" colored jeans
Shoes: Canvas ballet flats in golden olive
Bag: Kenneth Cole Reaction - Make Shine For Me Medium Hobo

Seriously, Colleen, I need you to dress me.

I need some help finding the appropriate bag for an outfit. Would you be up for offering me some assistance?

This outfit is absolutely adoreable and I feel I need it all. It's from Old Navy, though, and I am currently in hate with them (due to their stupid new lingere line of stupidness) I may have to look past that for the blazer, though.
Oh and btw you're still going fancier than my office requires which is great because then I will look better than everyone else! lol

I love it.
I need someone to design outfits for me. I'm a stay at home mom who would like to dress casual, comfy, but cute and put together. I think I need to accessorize. One day I got together with a friend who raved about how great I looked. I had on normal black pants and v neck t-shirt, but I added a simple beaded necklace and wore lipgloss. I felt great. I would like to do that more often.

I don't know if I count as everyone - but I love seeing a whole outfit too. I particularly love this one because I'm a computer tech (so very casual dress code)but I want to look better than jeans and a ThinkGeek T-shirt :)
