This dress. This one right here? It's TIRED. I have seen this exact dress over and over for years now and I haven't been to a prom since the late 90's. It's an ok dress, as far as prom dresses go, but it's done.
Really.

Hear, hear! I'd venture to say the same thing about the poncho that so many plus-size retailers are apparently contract-bound to STILL carry, even after 4 years.
I bet they'll still be trying to sell kimono tops in 2010, too.
I agree! Im a junior in high school and I just recently had my prom. I took me forever to find a dress that I actually liked and looked good in. Every place that I went had dresses like the one above. I think that it is extremely ugly dress and I feel bad that many girls are forced to wear dresses like that to prom.
hehehe... I must say I agree with Colleen on this one. This dress style has now officially expired. And really there's no excuse for not finding other styles as places such as Sydney's Closet, IGIGI and even Torrid themselves carry other more stylish plus size options.

Hey, the classics never go out of style! I am, of course, in no way biased :)

No offense to PastaQueen, but I could not agree more with the original post!
